The interwoven tapestry of the rich heritage of the Chinese is almost blinding. The nuances, unspoken expressions, intricacies and grace are all part of beaucoup presented in their rich culture.

I marveled at the splendor of the dynasties, the majesty of the Emperors and sheer opulence of the courts all intertwined.

Everyday objects were classy, their fine porcelain on the tables, fine cutlery, all spoke of fine dining. What was particularly intriguing was the tea culture. From an assortment of tea, to the intent of how they are grown, their purpose. The tea is used to apologize, to show respect and for special occasions.

The Chinese tea culture is given a place of great importance and performed as a rite with precision and perfection. This culture is a bridge to different worlds, as tea lovers partake of this culture all over the world.

They offer us their tea from Chinese green tea in various forms down to those whose ingredients are hidden.

This tea culture has found its way into the world, even nations not in good terms with China bridging the gap of excellent tea from a rich and diverse culture.
